Healthcare and Family Support Initiatives Lead Comprehensive Community Giving

PRESS RELEASE FROM ANTHONY GEISLER

LOS ANGELES —

Fitness entrepreneur Anthony Geisler concluded a year of significant philanthropic impact across Southern California, with initiatives supporting education, healthcare, military families, and survivors of mass violence. His charitable work in 2024 has created lasting positive changes in multiple communities through strategic giving and hands-on involvement.

Educational Innovation Through the Geisler Family WINGS Building

In August, the Geisler family unveiled the state-of-the-art Geisler Family WINGS building at The Pegasus School in Huntington Beach. This multipurpose library and learning center nearly doubled the school's library space while introducing advanced educational technologies and support services. The facility features small group study rooms, specialized instruction areas, and a Launch Pad room equipped with a performance stage and 120-inch digital display wall.

"Our family is honored to contribute to a space where children can grow, learn, and explore their potential," said Geisler at the ribbon-cutting ceremony. "This building represents more than just bricks and mortar—it's a commitment to the future of our children and the broader community."

Supporting Families in Healthcare Crisis

Geisler's commitment to healthcare initiatives was recognized in October when he received the 2024 Miracle Maker Award at Miracles for Kids' 20th-anniversary Night of Miracles Gala. The organization, which prevents bankruptcy and homelessness among families caring for critically ill children, honored him at a ceremony featuring GRAMMY winner Babyface at the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach.

Helping Mass Violence Survivors Create New Memories

In December, Geisler provided support to VictimsFirst's Make New Memories initiative, which helps survivors of mass violence rediscover joy through unique experiences. The program recently enabled a survivor of the Uvalde, Texas shooting to meet the NFL’s Minnesota Vikings and attend a game, with similar experiences planned for other survivors nationwide.

Supporting Military Families

Geisler served on the leadership committee for the Navy SEAL Foundation's Los Angeles Evening of Tribute on November 14. The event, held at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, supported comprehensive programs for Naval Special Warfare members and their families.

"Each of these initiatives represents an opportunity to create positive change in our community," said Geisler. "Whether we're supporting education, helping families in crisis, or standing behind our military families, our goal is to make a meaningful difference in people's lives."

Holiday Support for Families in Need

In November, Geisler continued his longstanding partnership with Thankful Giving, a nonprofit organization that provides fully-catered Thanksgiving meals to families in need across Southern California. Since 2021, the Geisler family's support has helped feed more than 10,000 people through the program.

"Every family deserves the opportunity to gather and give thanks around a warm dinner this holiday season," said Geisler. "It's my family's honor to work with Thankful Giving to help communities across Southern California access everything they need for a memorable Thanksgiving Dinner." The event, held at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, supported comprehensive programs for Naval Special Warfare members and their families.
